Optimizer don't put goods than the capacity of resource

Hi everybody,

I need help with a optimizer configuration.

I want use optimizer for generate my freight orders. But I want that use maximum capacity of resource is respected and no more than it.

Today, with my atual configuration, when I run optimizer he put goods more than capacity.
