Settings button in custom FPM application

Hello,

I want "Settings" button (which usually can be seen in almost all standard FPM applications) in my custom application in TM.

This button provides settings for Unit of measures and allows changing of UOM as per user's default settings.

I did some analysis and found out following details:

Component Configuration: /SCMTMS/WDCC_CMN_DLG_DSETT

Feeder class: /SCMTMS/CL_UI_DIALOG_CMN_DSETT

Can anybody please help how can I use this in my custom application?

I have also attached screenshots of "Settings" button and the pop up for the same.
