Loading and unloading duration based on schedules
Hi,
We are creating schedules of type 1000 and then based on the ports sequence maintained , the freight booking is created referring the schedules.
Now is there any way in the ocean freight booking/schedules we can maintain loading and unloading duration/No of days for respective ports .
Kindly do not suggest to use planning profile settings for loading and unloading duration determination logic.

How do I transport a package (with all objects) from one system to another?
Dear SCN-Community,
As stated above, I want to know how I can transport a apckage from one system to another.
I have an ABAP system where I have a package that includes a UI5 application, different reports, classes and database tables.
The current system will be shut down soon so I need to transport the whole package to the new system.
Of course I have googled for any solution, but I could not find any way to do it.
When I have to choose the target of the transport, I can only find the current system and something like DMY, but where can I select other systems?
I hope someone can help me.

How can I import transport files into a system that doesnt have the components of the old system?
Hello people,
I have in mind to transport a whole package (with all objects) from one system to another.
Those systems are not connected, so I downloaded the transport files and wanted to upload them to the new system.
Unfortunately it tells me, that several components are not installed and some support package versions are too high in the new system.
Is this only because it compares the components and versions of the old and new system and then blocks the upload when they do not fit?
Or does the content of the package really need all those components?
Because it is a UI5 application which should not have too high prerequisites...
Is there anything I can do without installing the components?

Collaboration portal Performance
Hello All,
We are using TMS9.1 at SP07 version with collaboration portal (NW7.4 version).
We have recently implemented
2176358 - Collaboration Portal: Time-dependent cache reset (back end)
2176359 - Collaboration Portal: Time-dependent cache reset (front end)
2180889 - Collaboration Portal: HTTP request failed when accepting invoice or creating dispute
But we are still experiencing the performance issue in production. When the carriers login from the external link , portal takes lot of time to load the screen. When we installed the same in quality we didn't experience such issues.
Did anyone experience such issue?
Any advise will be really appreciated.

Useful functionality on Contract Management
Hi,
From TM 9.2 we have couple of new functionalities added in freight agreement out of which the process of viewing the consumption of freight agreement is covered. Here based on the freight agreement with carrier, users can now have info about the capacity consumption when the freight order referencing the agreement is executed by the carrier. Below enclosed screen shot in the file ( step 1) shows the follow up button where -Calculate consumption button is activated at freight agreement level.
Once the button is pressed, the capacity tab gets activated and here the users can enter /view the confirmed capacities field there. This gets filled up based on the capacity consumed by freight orders and invoices in the freight agreement.
In step 2 , we view the capacity dimension field which indicates if the capacity consumption is based on No of containers/gross weight/volume etc.
Step 3: Here we can view monthly or quaterly consumption of the freight agreement consumed by clicking on button-Dashboard for details.The dashboard shows the view for total consumed capacity, total consumed amount view, periodical consumed capacity views for both orders and invoices.

No info type exists for character string 5561
Hi Experts,
I tried to move an ECC org unit to TM and found below message "No info type exists for character string 5561''.
Now system is unable to move the org element and save it in TM system.
So please guide me if anyone came across with such errors earlier.

How to attach a PDF to a TM location?
Hi,
we are searching for a possibilty to attach a pdf (e.g. showing the rail station plan) to a location.
The TA /SCMTMS/LOC3 offers no possibilty for that, like in the object for the business partner.
There object services are available.
Does anybody know how to activate this object service for locations?

Charge Calculation in Freight Order
Hi All,
How to setup the charge calculation in the Freight Order based on the Forwarding order types of the Forwarding Orders planned in the Freight Order.
Tried using TRQ_TYPE as Precondition in the Calculation Sheet, But not working.
Any alternative methods to achieve this?

Determining FU or FO creation in Determination
Hi All,
I am using a determination at the /SCMTMS/TOR ROOT level. I want this determination to be called only at the time of FU creation. But as the same BO is being used for Freight Order creation, this determination is getting called at both the places. I want to restrict the determination only in case of FU creation and should not be triggered while FO creation.

Freight Charge calculation error
Hello,
I am creating Freight Order and everything looks good related to charges ie; FA, TCCS, rate table but getting error. Did anyone face such error before?
It seems space calculation is not happening for cost space rate table however I can see fix truck rate being called during calculation but lower cost is coming from cost space rate table.
It retrieves the scale item MZ_cost_space00 successfully but in the end it fails to fetch the value.
Gets error like - calculation rule application on rate failed
I can see total cost space is 0 not coming as 1
and at item tab I can see cost space value:
I checked in production if system calculates successfully then in log it should look like below:

Visual Business Load planner view
Hello,
I always see the load planning screen in black however other users in the organisation still sees the background colour in white, can anyone suggest what setting I need to do.
I tried to change the settings from my end but nothing helped. Kindly suggest.

How to extend cargo management tab in the cockpit?
Dear experts,
We are trying to add the consignee description to the cargo management tab in the cockpit. We have identified the component as /SCMTMS/WDCC_BOOK_LOAD, but we have problems to find what is the structure that must be extended to add the new fields, as well as the method to fill these fields. Would there be a kind of procedure to find this information by ourselves? We have done this kind of thing in the past, but other developpers had created a new component and it was easy to just modify the same Objects (also described in note 1818803). But now we start from scratch...
Also, is it better to copy the component configuration and modify it directly (how to use it in the cockpit then?), or is OK with creating some customizing for the existing component?

Collaboration Portal - How to Customize Login Screen?
Hi TM Specialists!
We are using the new TM9.2 Collaboration Portal.
We have changed with success the default theme, using the Theme Designer Tool.
But now we want to change/personalize the Collab Portal Login Screen with our company logo
We've searched on the Theme Designer tool without success for the correct area to change it.
We found where to change the Logoff screen, but not the Logon.
Anybody has done it before?
Can you help us?

Delivery proposal removes planing status to several freight units
Dear all
I'm generating a delivery proposal for a Freight Order with transaction delivery proposal transaction. I'm getting the following messages:
When I check the deliveries in SAP ECC there are quantities missing in the deliveries created recently. In SAP TM these FU numbers are no longer availalbe in SAP TM.
Any idea?

SE16N in SAP TM
We are on version 7.40 of SAP TM. I came over here from the ECC side. I was very disappointed not to be able to use SE16n because it was not on our TM box. Is there a note or version that this comes with that we can get it on our TM box? I would copy it as a Z program, but there are a lot of background dictionary items and possibly programs/classes that would have to be copied also.

PROC_RESULT_CODE on FO/FB TOR_ROOT
I've logged an SAP incident (900531 / 2015) to try and find a root cause for the below mentioned issue but I thought I might reach out to the support community and see if any others had a similiar issue.
I'm noticing that the PROC_RESULT_CODE is not populated on FO/FB TOR_ROOT upon delivery request/creation from ERP, any ideas??? The PROC_RESULT_CODE remains blank, why would this be?

Retrieve different Stages of a Freight Order via OData
A freight order can have a couple of freight units assigned, ready to be picked up at different locations and to be delivered to another - resulting in different stages for the freight order:
I'd like to retrieve that stages via EM OData service with additional information like sequence (stage number) and source/destination addresses.
Is that possible with the standard implementation? My approach would be to use the /FreightOrderEventHandlerDetails path and look for the ExpectedEventSequeceNumber and EventLocation. I would then retrieve the corresponding freight units via /FreightOrderAssignedFreightUnits and the FreightUnitLoadingLocation.
Might there be a more elegant way?
